Scouts donate food, money to food shelf

More struggling families in the North Branch area are now able to put healthy meals on their tables, thanks to a donation from North Branch Boy Scout Troop No. 411.
The troop donated 44 pounds of food and $100 to the food shelf Oct. 15. Bobbie Eckel, the food shelf coordinator, said the donation was greatly appreciated. She also lauded Anderson Corporation for a recent “huge” donation.
