Rush City High School students on Nov. 26 participated in the school’s 2012-13 National Honor Society Induction Ceremony.

The inductees included Alissa Mell, Linzy Potter, Samantha Oscarson, Kiawna Forcier, Joey Mitchell, Josie Kent, Chase Grant, Edward Luttrell, Garret Pearson, Maxwell Maher, Caleb Swanson and Garrett Larson.

Current NHS members include Cody Pals, president; Matthew Mallinger, vice president; Mackenzie Sherrill, secretary; Mitchell Mallinger, treasurer; and board members Courtney Arvidson, Brandon Elmer, Dalton Folkema, Kayla Forcier, Jacob Pauna, Abigail Scherer, Mitchell Siefert and Jenny Tryon.

NHS is a recognition program for high school students in grades 10 through 12 who are honored for demonstrating excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service and character.
