NB Viking wrestlers rout Hylanders
The North Branch wrestling team on Dec. 20 trounced Columbia Heights and sent the Hylanders home with a 55-24 defeat.
The Guillotine website revised its rankings Dec. 28 and continues to list the North Suburban Conference undefeated Vikings as “Lean and Mean.”
Senior 195 weight class wrestler Zack Sundly moved up a notch and is now ranked ninth in the state. Sundly and Aaron Senne (132 weight class) remain undefeated for the season.
The North Branch wrestling team will compete in a tournament at Foley beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5.
