SF/NB girls hockey shutout
In its only game last week, the St. Francis/North Branch girls hockey team with North Branch skaters Mallory Olson, Erynn Downey, Kaylyn Forliti and Miranda Swanson hosted Benilde-St. Margaret’s and was downed 9-0 by the No. 1 state ranked Red Knights.
The St. Francis/North Branch girls hockey team is tied for sixth in the North Suburban Conference and has a 1-8 conference and 6-16-1 overall record. The Fighting Saints will host Spring Lake Park/St. Anthony Village at East Bethel Ice Arena 3 p.m. Feb. 2.
