NB Wrestlers @ Section – Zack Sundly, Eric Bergstrom, Sam Peltier, Reid Johnson advance to State

Four North Branch wrestlers will be advancing to state competition after qualifying at the Section 7AA Championships in Hibbing last week. Senior Zack Sundly (195 weight class) was Section Champion. Senior Eric Bergstrom (220 weight class), senior Sam Peltier (160 class) and junior Reid Johnson (126 weight class) all earned Section Champion Runner-up. Only the first and second place wrestlers in each weight class qualify to advance to the State Class AA Individual Wrestling Championships which will be held at Xcel Energy Center beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, March 1 and 10 a.m. Saturday, March 2.
