Viking skaters lose in first round
The No. 10 section seeded North Branch boys hockey team traveled to Mora and lost 7-6 to No. 7 seeded Mora/Hinckley-Finlayson in the first round of Section 5A Championship playoffs last week. The Vikings ended the 2012-13 season fifth in the Two Rivers Conference with a 2-8 conference and 3-23 overall record.
