Chisago County Public Health seeks input in planning process

Chisago County Public Health is in the early phase of its Local Public Health Assessment and Planning Process, as required by the Minnesota Department of Health. Residents of Chisago County may have received in the mail a survey titled Central Minnesota Community Health Survey.  The survey was randomly sent to 1,200 Chisago County households and is one tool Chisago County Public Health is using to gather information. Input is critical to the public health assessment and planning process that is underway.

Each completed survey takes approximately 10 minutes and helps ensure a more complete representation of our county’s residents and needs.  Through this survey, Chisago County residents are able to bring their public health concerns and insights to the forefront, while also helping establish the public health priorities for Chisago County.
