More than 200 women enjoyed the first night of the 19th annual women’s health conference on March 14. If you missed it, there is still time to join in a night of information and relaxation just for women Thursday evening, March 21 at the Hazelden Cork Center, 15251 Pleasant Valley Rd., in Center City.
The theme for this heart-health focused event is “Eat Well, Age Well.”
Hazelden, Fairview Lakes Medical Center, St. Croix Regional Medical Center and the Chisago and Polk County public health departments co-sponsor the conference, which begins at 5:30 p.m. The evening will conclude with a live cooking demonstration by Lisa Erickson, cooking host on Minnesota Bound.
Arrive early for health screenings, healthy snacks and mini massages. Pre-registration is not required. Refer questions to 651-257-8806.

A cardiologist with a special interest in preventive cardiology, Dr. Baechler leads initiatives to promote the health of the community and to advance the role of integrative health in supporting health and healing.
