The North Branch adapted bowling team competed against Fergus at JJ’s Bowling Lanes in North Branch Friday, May 3. The CI (cognitive impairment) team with members Jade Anberson, Chad Bauman, Dakota Burgeson, Joy Edyvean and Ashley Novak scored 1,516 to tie with Fergus Falls. In CI boy singles Burgeson scored 371 and Bauman 362, while being uncontested. In the girls division Novak took second with 402 pins, Anderson fourth (374), Edyvean fifth (369) and Cheyenne Underdahl came in sixth with 338. Charles Otto won the boys PI (physical impairment) division rolling a 374. For the girls Chelsea Knutson racked up 437 pins, Tayler Dyrda 421 and Alana Stahley 378, while being uncontested. The Vikings are next scheduled to compete against Anoka at JJ’s Bowling Lanes in North Branch at 9 a.m. Friday, May 10.
