Fairview offers free varicose vein screening

Are you one of the 20-25 million Americans who have varicose veins?

If you have large, ropy or bulging leg veins, leg pain, fatigue, swelling or skin ulceration, this condition can be progressive if left untreated and may get worse over time. Multiple treatment options exist, including a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency energy to treat the diseased vein in the doctor’s office.

On May 16, 4 to 7 p.m., Lan Raikar, MD, will conduct a free varicose vein screening event in the specialty clinic at Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming. Space is limited. To make an appointment for a free vein screening, call 612-672-7272 now.

For an appointment with Dr. Raikar, call the Fairview Lakes Medical Center Surgery Clinic, 651-982-7890.
