Preschoolers graduate, too

Twenty-three students from Miss Annette’s preschool in Rush City performed a few fun songs before a room full of family and friends during a special graduation program Wednesday, May 22 at the Rush City Community Center.

After participating in the Pledge of Allegiance, the youngsters used puppets as they sang about a turtle named Tiny Tim. They also brought enthusiasm to songs “Zip-A-Dee-Do-Da,” “Signing is Fun,” “A Basket” and “Muddy Buddies.” At the end, Miss Annette Schellbach handed out little diplomas that will likely be keepsakes for years to come.

“A special thank you to the senior diners for having us and to Miss Cheryl for all of your hard work. A very special thank you to the preschoolers and their parents — without you, it wouldn’t happen,” she said.
