A teenage girl from Stacy, who was first reported as a runaway July 1, is still missing and now considered an endangered runaway by authorities.
According to a Chisago County Sheriff’s Office press release, 17-year-old Jacelyn Greeson had made contact with family members in Becker, Minn., within the first few days of running way. She has not had any contact with family members since.
On Aug. 1, Greeson’s status went from missing/runaway to endangered runaway, due to the fact that she has been missing for more than 30 days and is under age 18, the release said.
Chisago County has been working closely with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in attempt to locate Greeson, as this is an ongoing investigation. Further details will be released as they become available.
