NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure and Appointment of Receiver entered in the above-entitled action on the 18th day of June, 2013, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me, directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above-entitled action from said Defendants Monster Properties, LLC, Michael E. Muske, Todd A. Kohs, and Gregg E. Hawkinson, jointly and severally; and that Rick Duncan, the undersigned Sheriff of Chisago County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 19th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 100 of the Chisago County Sheriffs Office, Chisago County Government Center, 313 North Main Street, in the City of Center City, in said County and State, the premises and real estate located in Chisago County, Minnesota and described in said Order, to-wit:
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, KARL OSKAR ADDITION and that part of Lot 3, SANDGRENS SUBDIVISION, both in Chisago County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Lot 1, Block 2; thence northwesterly, parallel with the northeasterly line of Lot 9, Block 1, CHISAGO SURFLAND 2ND ADDITION, a distance of 24.73 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing northwesterly, along said parallel line, to the northwesterly line of said Lot 1, Block 2; thence northeasterly, along said northwesterly line, to the NE corner of said Lot 1, Block 2; thence southeasterly, deflecting 26 degrees 22 minutes 15 seconds to the east from the east line of said Lot 1, Block 2, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence southwesterly, to the point of beginning.
