Frankie L. Jackson, 59, of Cambridge, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at her residence.
Frankie was born Aug. 3, 1954, in Jacksonville, Fla. to parents Robert and Emily (Roberts) Jackson. She attended school in Florida before moving to Minnesota. She first worked as a waitress and later as a painter and drywall installer. Frankie loved Facebook, garage sales, going for walks, and having coffee with her friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Emily; and her sister, Barb. She is survived by her fiancé, Jim Dunlap, of Cambridge; children, Jonathan Jorgensen, of St. Paul, Robert Kelley, of Cambridge, Joshua Jackson, of Little Falls, Lawrence Phillips, of St. Paul, Tammy Prichett, of Montana, Jennifer Phillips of Minneapolis, Inniki Charles, of Cambridge, and Joy Dunlap, of Cambridge; brothers, Jackie and George Jackson; sister, Joann Orr, of Ogilvie; 20 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, 1 p.m., at Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch with Pastor Carlos Rodriguez officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday. Private family interment at a later date.
