NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under, and by virtue of, certain Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment entered on August 9, 2013 (Order), a certified copy which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the properties, as hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to Deanna K. Larson in the above-entitled action from Donald J. Larson, as prescribed in the Order, with respect to the certain Judgments totaling $500,080.41 entered against Donald J. Larson in favor of Deanna K. Larson, which is recognized as the total amount due under the Marital Lien, and as a result of the unpaid maintenance against a 10-Acre Parcel with the Properly ID Number R0505.00012.30, a 19.47-Acre Parcel with a Property ID Number 05.00014.10, a 40-Acre Parcel with a Property ID Number 05.00009.10, and a 30-Acre Parcel with a Property ID Number 05.00012.20, all in Chisago County, shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 4th day of December , 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at the Chisago County Government Center, 313 North Main Street, Center City, Minnesota 55012, in said County and State, the following premises and real estate described in said Order commonly known as: 35690 Lincoln Road, North Branch, Minnesota, Property ID Number 05.00009.10, and legally described as:
