Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Section 412.191, Subd. 4
The City Council for the City of Stacy, Chisago County, Minnesota, has authorized publication of the Title & Summary of the following ordinance. Printed copies of the ordinance are available for inspection during regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk, City of Stacy, City Hall,30955 Forest Blvd., Stacy, Minnesota 55079. Copies of the entire text of the following ordinance have also been posted in a public space located in the City Hall at the address listed herein above.

Ordinance Title: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 95 OF THE STACY CITY CODE NUISANCES
Summary:
The ordinance amends Section 95.04 of the City Code, and declares specific nuisances affecting peace and safety within the city, namely, reflective glare or light that exceeds certain limits; noises that are considered nuisances under certain conditions, including: noise unreasonably disturbing of the peace from any party or gathering primarily audible by another person at a distance of 50 feet or more from the source; distinctly and loudly audible noise that unreasonably annoys, disturbs, injures, or endangers the comfort, repose, heath, peace and safety of welfare of such persons enjoyment of property, audible within 50 feet from the source; violations of Minn. Rules Ch. 7030: defined noises from motor vehicles; discharging of exhaust from an internal combustion engine without the use of a muffler or other device that effectively prevents loud or explosive noises; loud or excessive noise from loading and unloading of any vehicle which noise is audible at a distance of 50 feet or more from the source of the noise; the use or operation of a device that produces or reproduces sound in a distinctly loud manner so as to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of any person nearby audible at a distance of 50 feet or more from the source between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.; operation of domestic power equipment except between certain times; refuse hauling except between certain times; construction activities except between certain times; and all other conditions or things which are likely to cause injury to the person or property. The ordinance removes reference to All unnecessary noises and annoying vibrations from current code.
