Notice is hereby given that;
The Planning Commission of the City of Stacy, MN will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at 7:05 pm in the City Hall in Stacy, MN to hear public comment on an application for property located at 5965 Stacy Trail they are requesting to rezone the parcel they recently purchased. The application requests the parcel be rezoned from P-Parks to R2-One and Two Family Residential.
The property is legally described as:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW/1/4 of NE1/4) of Section 32, Township 34, Range 21, described as follows: Commencing at a point 797 feet East of the NW corner of NW1/4 of NE1/4, Section 32; thence South One Hundred fifty-eight (158) feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South Two Hundred Sixty (260) feet; thence East One Hundred (100) feet; thence North Two Hundred Sixty (260) feet; thence West One Hundred (100 feet to the point of the beginning.
Together with (20) foot Easement for roadway and public utility purposes, extending from the South line of the above-described tract to County Road No. 19 along the North line of the NW1/4 of NE1/4 of Section 32, the East line of said Easement is described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the above-mentioned tract, thence North 418 feet to a point on the North line of the NW1/4 and NE1/4, distant 897 feet East of the Northwest corner of said NW1/4 and NE1/4 of Section 32, and there terminating.
