Wholesome Health, a new fitness center, is now open in North Branch.

Jacob Smith, owner and trainer, said the company’s mission is to empower anyone who wants to be fit through motivation, education and accountability. One-hour small group classes consist of weight training, cardio, core strengthening and flexibility. With four to six people per class, group settings keep the training affordable, yet each session is adaptable to individual fitness levels and personal goals.

The center will be offering 25 classes per week, and the first week of training is free to new clients. Wholesome Health also provides nutritional counseling and offers vitamins, herbal supplements, protein and detox products.

Wholesome Health’s Grand Opening will be 2-4 p.m. Jan. 18. The center will have vendors offering healthy food, protein, vitamin and detox products. Smith is offering a 60-day transformation challenge as well as a membership special for $99 for the full 60-day transformation.

For more details and class schedule, contact Jacob Smith at 651-428-5940 or Jacob@wholesometruth.org. Wholesome Health is located at 6448 Main Street, in Main Street Center, Suite No. 7.
