Gayle Bullis

Gayle Adair Bullis, 83, a longtime resident of North Branch, Minnesota, died peacefully in Albuquerque, N.M. Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014. She is survived by her sisters, Sandy Wayne and Deedree Stukas, of Albuquerque; and her nephews, Bryan Wayne, Mark Wayne, Paul Stukas and Micheal Stukas; and niece Kirstin Fox. She was a member of North Branch Methodist Church.
Gayle was born Oct. 13, 1930. She was a 1948 graduate of North Branch High School. After receiving both her degree in education from the U of M in Duluth and Masters Degree from U of M in Minneapolis, she began her 30-plus year teaching career. She taught in Albert Lea, Juneau Alaska, Afton, Moose Lake and Ely.
As members of Gayles family, we feel blessed to have been a part of her life. She was always one who used prayer and love as a guide. Gayles ministry was service to others, and she received great joy in doing so. She loved to travel, play the piano/organ, garden and read.
A celebration of Gayles life will be held in North Branch at a later date. Should family and friends desire, memorial contributions can be made to: Glad Tidings Arctic Mission Society, Joy Junction (Albuquerque, N.M.), or Billy Graham Association.
