The Chisago County Board of Adjustment will meet in its regular public hearing session on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 131 of the Chisago County Government Center in Center City. They will also make a tour of the agenda items on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. departing from Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN. The following are the agenda items of new business:
Mark Heath – Mr. Heath requests a variance to build a pole building closer to the road and property line than the required setback. This is located in Rushseba Township, Sec.19, T.37, R.20 at 10324 500th St. (PID #07.00076.10).
Rebecca Kowitz – Ms. Kowitz requests a variance to build a home closer to the lake and road than the required setback. This is located in Nessel Township, Rybergs Addition, Lot 8, at 51XXX Amber Avenue (PID #06.01263.00).
Chisago Lake Township – Chisago Lake Township requests a variance to be exempted from the formal platting process, in subdividing their property in Chisago Lake Township, Moody Lake Estates, Lot 2, Block 1, at 24401 Lofton Avenue (PID #02.00309.02)
