The Rush City basketball girls keep rolling past opponents, putting their win streak at 14 on the season.
The Tigers took on Isle at home last Tuesday and notched a 58-52 victory before hosting Ogilvie last Friday for a 64-38 win.
Senior Payton Ramberg led the scoring against Isle with 22 points, while eighth-grader Shawna Mell recorded 10 points. Senior Kayla Nelson, junior Sydnie Sybrant and eighth-grader Elena Herberg each added five points apiece.
Nelson and Ramberg led on the boards with 11 and 10 rebounds, respectively.
Free throws were crucial for Rush City, since the Tigers went 25-34 from the charity stripe.
Head coach Joe Nelson said his squad worked hard to keep quick-shooting Isle guards from scoring. The Tigers outscored the Huskies 10-4 in the final four minutes to clinch the win.

On Friday, the Tigers pulled out another win with Ramberg leading again with 17 points and eight rebounds
Sybrant put forth 14 points, while senior Haylie Gilbert added nine points. Junior Miranda Anderson contributed six points with Nelson recording five points and four rebounds.
The Tigers are 14-2 overall this year, 11-1 in the Great River Conference and 2-1 against Section 7AA opponents.
Rush City played at Hinckley-Finlayson on Tuesday and next host Braham at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12.
