Bail was set at $5,000 without conditions or $1,000 with conditions and next court appearance for July 20.
According to the criminal complaint, on July 2, Isanti County Deputy Alex Schlangen was on patrol on Lyons Street at 11:55 p.m. when he saw Rousseau’s vehicle that had no taillights and performed a traffic stop. A check of Rousseau’s driving record showed his license was revoked. Schlangen noticed a glass pipe in the center console. Schlangen then secured Rousseau in the back of his squad and returned to retrieve the glass pipe.
