BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Chisago County Board of Adjustment will meet in its regular public hearing session on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 150B of the Chisago County Government Center in Center City. They will also make a tour of the agenda items on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. departing from Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN. The following are the agenda items of new business:
Kenneth Ryberg – Mr. Ryberg requests a variance to add onto his cabin closer to the lake than the required setback. This is located in Nessel Township, Sec.22, T.37, R.22, at 50410 Bayside Avenue (PID #06.00493.00).
Bradley Larson – Mr. Larson requests a variance to build a garage closer to the road than the required setback. This is located in Nessel Township, Sec.14, T.37, R.22, at 51450 Rush Lake Trail (PID #06.00279.00).
Bonnie Olmschenk – Ms. Olmschenk requests a variance to replace an existing cabin with a new home closer to the lake and road than the required setback, and partially in the floodplain. This is located in Chisago Lake Township, Revised Herberg Beach 2nd Addition, Lots 6, 7 and 8, at 13419 322nd Street (PID#02.01261.00).
Michael Thayer – Mr. Thayer requests an after-the-fact variance to keep a gambrel roof he has constructed over his mound system, closer to the road than the required set back. This is located in Nessel Township, LaBelle Isle, Lot 52, at 51545 Belle Isle Drive (PID #06.001029.00).
