Heinzman: More districts should follow Rush City’s example
More school districts should follow the example of Rush City that puts passing grades before playing athletics and playing in the band. The Rush City School Board has passed a guideline for middle school students who must have a passing grade in all subjects in order to participate in any co-curricular program.
