Tennis team lobs a win in fourth match of the year |

The North Branch tennis team defeated Park Center 5-2 on April 19 to earn its first win of the season.
"This was a great first win for our team this year," head coach Chad Brusky said.

Robbinsdale Cooper
The Vikings opened its season with a 3-4 loss to the Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks on April 15.
For singles, Nick Lambrecht, Aaron Good, Carly Fisk and Steve Muir each won their matches, while the doubles team failed to finish on top of any of their matches.
Brusky said it was a good test for the boys.
"It was a strong first showing of the year," he said.

On April 17, the boys lost to Irondale 7-0.
"Although we were swept by Irondale the team showed real promise. Many of the doubles teams are starting to play some good points. Our one doubles team played incredible points against a tough Irondale team," Brusky said,
