The North Branch School District held its last listening session on April 17, and heard a range of comments, including suggestions for cuts, complaints about past expenditures, and calls for an operating levy.

After, the board convened to “debrief” on what they heard. As a result, the district is expected to post answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) at its Web site this week.

The board is expected to take action on budget reductions at a special meeting April 24, 6 p.m., at the Main Street School.
