NB mayor to host breakfast on |

North Branch Mayor Gloria Karsky will host a Prayer Breakfast Thursday, May 1, National Day of Prayer, 6:30 a.m.- 8 a.m. at the American Legion hall.
Guest speaker will be Dan Hall, chaplain for the Minnesota Legislature. Enjoy fellowship with other community members, worship and music.The group will be offering up prayers for the communities’ needs.
Mayor Karsky said, “Please join me in offering up our community’s needs to our Savior in prayer. We continue to see so many areas in need of intercession.”
The Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast is one of many National Day of Prayer events across the nation. The theme for this year’s event is: Prayer! America’s Strength and Shield. “The breakfast will be an opportunity for us to join together as business leaders, public servants, religious leaders, government officials, and community members to pray for God’s blessings on our city,” said Mayor Karsky.
Reservations required by April 28, cost is $4 per person payable at the door.

Also join others that night for North Branch Community Prayer, 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the North Branch library conference room.
This will be a time of worship and prayer seeking God’s protection and guidance for our city.
