 On the day before his 14th birthday, Saturday, April 19, Chase Johnson of Stacy bagged this big turkey at 6:45 a.m. from a distance of 17 yards on his family’s property in Lent Township.
The bird weighed in at 23 pounds with a 10.5-inch beard and 1.5-inch spurs.
