4th annual East Central MN Pride set for June 1 |

GLBTQ (Gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered and questioning) people of East Central Minnesota will come together for the fourth year to celebrate East Central Minnesota Pride Sunday, June 1 from noon to 5 p.m. at Pine City’s Voyageur Park. The event is complete with food and entertainment, including music by All God’s Children Choir of the Metropolitan Community Church.
There will be food and beverages, but folks are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs. Donations to help cover the costs of the event are appreciated but not mandatory.
The Men’s Circle, along with RAAN (Rural Aids Action Network) sponsor the event; RAAN helps raise HIV/AIDS awareness and provides funds for people living with HIV/AIDS in the rural area.
