When people work together, everyone wins. Jeremy Kalin, our State Representative, is a breath of fresh air in his approach to getting things done at the Capital. The 2008 session is said to be “one of the most productive short terms of the decade, and Jeremy’s fresh approach of working together has delivered positive results for our community.”
Jeremy did what he said he would do. He focused on the basics. He worked across the aisle to deliver results on the bonding bill, with $500,000 from state bonding dollars going directly to Chisago City. He focused on the basics for education and health care reform, giving Chisago County a voice for all of its citizens. I, for one, am grateful for his hard work, capacity to build relationships with others and his ability to get things done. Thanks, Jeremy.
