the Good Soil Farmers’ Market in downtown North Branch starts on Thursday, June 26 and will be held from 4 - 7 p.m. in Central Park.
The Good Soil Farmers’ Market features seasonally available locally grown fruits and vegetables, organic foods, plants, and other farm products.
This week the market will have strawberries, rhubarb, radishes, kale, as well as plants to get your summer gardens going. In addition, each week the market will host a different “featured vendor” to add variety to the market. This week, Branch Landscape Nursery will be offering free advice on home landscaping and gardening to customers of the market.
Market customers will also have a chance to enter a drawing for a market basket prize that includes products from each of the vendors at the market. A concert will be held in the park immediately following the farmers’ market at 7 p.m.
