Catch Benson's all-star game on TV |

 The 35th Annual Minnesota High School All-Star Football Game was held at 7 p.m. on Saturday June 28 at Husky Stadium on the campus of St. Cloud State University. Despite an early lead, the Out-state team lost to the Metro team 22-17.
Local player, Jason Benson- a recent graduate of Rush City High School, represented the Tigers well as a defensive back for Out-State with three prominent tackles for the defense, one of which prevented a touchdown by Metro.
More information on the All-Star game will be found in the next edition of the ECM Post Review. In addition, Fox Sports News will be broadcasting the game in its entirety on Wednesday, July 2 at 7 p.m., channel 641 for DirecTV subscribers.
