Repair work is currently under way on the State Capitol dome, a $4 million fix-it project that has workers dangling and hunkered on scaffolding outside the 105-year-old structure.

pz04.jpgCouldn’t have had a better day to enjoy the cool water at the Rush City pool as funds were raised for the community pool fund. Folks enjoyed games, food, and pool tours. In a recent Post Review story involving the Rush City Pool, it should be clarified that the aquatic center was built thanks to district voters passing a $1.8 million bond referendum, July 16, 1996, presented by Rush City School District 139. Dist. 17B, Chisago County Board of Commissioner Dist. 2, Chisago County Sheriff and North Branch Area School Board. Two other candidate forums have also been scheduled.
