A big thank you to each of you that supported our effort for the American Cancer Society. It was successful beyond my wildest dreams! The kids did a wonderful job as we ended up raising more than $9,200. They put out an exceptional effort and I could not be more proud of these young people.
I just received a note from our American Cancer Society contact Jenna Kase which stated:
“I am so thrilled. I told the manager for the entire Midwest Division about your event, and he could not believe the numbers I told him. You should be incredibly proud of your students ... that is exceptional work, and the American Cancer Society is very grateful to you, the coaches, your teams, schools and your wonderful community.”
The community should be proud of what these fine young people were able to do.
