The 28th annual Lighting Festival in Taylors Falls kicked off Nov. 23 with a holiday-themed parade through the city’s downtown. Just prior to the parade, people lined both sides of the street and counted down from 10, which signaled business owners along the main drag to simultaneously switch on their holiday lights.
