At the council meeting last week, Stacy Mayor Mark Utecht presented a Certificate of Appreciation to representatives of the Stacy Lions Club, John Daher and Jerry Schroeder. He said, “I was lucky enough to be invited to the Lions 35th anniversary on Saturday night. Just to say how important the Lions club is to Stacy, from the little things nobody notices to the big things, Stacy wouldn’t be anywhere near the city it is without the Lions club.”
