Toward Zero Deaths

During the Feb. 20 Chisago County Board of Commissioners meeting, board chairman Ben Montzka, Sheriff Rick Duncan and County Attorney Janet Reiter presented Frank Scherf, northeast Minnesota law enforcement liaison for the state Department of Public Safety—Office of Traffic Safety, with a certificate of appreciation for the work he and others in law enforcement have been doing as part of the Toward Zero Deaths campaign.
